Shipping on Cremation Urns

All orders delivered within Australia are shipped by Registered Parcel Post through Australia Post only.  Orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours (provided payment has cleared), and delivery times are as per Australia Post time frames (eg: most Metro Areas 2-4 days, South & Western Australia & Tasmania 4-10 days).

Although we endeavour to offer the most prompt delivery service at such a difficult time, we are restricted by the Time Frames of Australia Post who is the largest and most affordable postal network. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email which displays your individual items Australia Post Tracking ID.

NOTE: We do not ship internationally 


Returns Policy on Cremation Urns

You may return new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a refund of defective items. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (ie: you received an incorrect or defective item). Please choose carefully as we do not generally offer exchanges for change of mind. If a refund is approved (subject to approval) from a change of mind or customer error in addressing etc, a restocking fee of 20% and the original postage cost may be required and can be removed from the total refund amount.

You should expect to receive your refund within 7-14 days of us receiving your package. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

Please note that because of the nature of our products all returns must be UNUSED (ie not have been filled) and in the same condition they were supplied in.  Please ensure adequate packaging when returning an item as items broken in transit cannot be accepted if the damage has occurred as a result of inadequate protective packaging.  It is always best to use the original packaging when returning an item to us.

Please also note that items which have been personalised (ie engraved etc) cannot be returned unless the item is faulty.
