Funeral Chapel & Facilities

At Sylvan Funerals we have a modern funeral home facility consisting of a 120 seat chapel, viewing room, arrangement rooms, condolence lounge and mortuary facility.

Chapel Venue

Our chapel is a comfortable air-conditioned venue which we utilise for conducting services for families who perhaps do not belong to a religious denomination or do not feel comfortable having the service in a church, crematorium chapel or at the graveside.

To ensure we can provide the best possible service, our chapel is equipped with the latest audio visual technology which can be used for soloist performances, DVD photo presentations, musical tributes, to name but a few.

Condolence Lounge

After the service, families may wish to utilise our condolence lounge to gather with family and friends to share those precious memories of the deceased, along with catch up with old friends and family. Viewing Room

Many families wish to view their loved one. This is generally done prior to the service commencing, or alternatively at our facility on 22 Warwick Road, Ipswich. When meeting with a Sylvan funeral planner, they will organise an appropriate time for this if you wish.

Mortuary
