Sylvan Funerals services families of South East Queensland with providing personal funeral care, whilst maintaining high standards of professionalism. We are a family owned and operated funeral firm, run by Husband and Wife Vic & Gaylene Salomon.

Our vision is to provide the best possible care for your family, and to help you share your memories of your loved ones. We maintain the highest standards to provide professional quality care in everything we do. Our aim is not to be the biggest funeral director in Ipswich and Brisbane, but to be the best.

With a modern funeral chapel, our facility is equipped with audio visual technology so that families can present photo slideshow and perform special musical items as tributes throughout the funeral services held in our chapel. Also we offer a separate refreshment room, private arrangement rooms and ample off street parking.

We are experienced in dealing with specific cultural or religious needs, as necessary in multicultural Australia.

Today, Managing Director Gaylene Salomon is supported by her son Ramon and sister Helen Craik. Proudly we provide a diverse range of funeral services, which include burial and cremation options, pre-planning, monumental work, service booklet printing, and referral to grief support groups are but a few examples. Our staff are continually looking towards the future and further developing the services which we offer to increase our level of care to our families.
